Woodward, W.A.E. Ussher and C. Reid between 1874 and 1887, and published in hand-coloured edition in 1899. Some revisions on the six-inch scale by W.A.E. Ussher in 1909. Colour printed edition in 1913. Resurveyed on the six-inch scale under research contract with the University of Exeter between 1966 and 1971, by J.A. Chesher. R.A. Edwards. R.J.O. Hamblin. M.R. Henson. B.W. Riddolls and R.A. Waters. under the supervision of E.B. Selwood and S. Simpson. Professor of Geology; Dartmoor Granite area surveyed by G. Bisson. District Geologist.
